TIDCO is constructing a Fintech Tower on a 2.29-acre plot within Fintech City, with an estimated project cost of 234 Crores in Nandambakkam, Chennai. The Fintech Tower is envisioned as a high-rise building with a built-up area of approximately 5.5 lakh sq. ft., comprising 2 basements, 3 podiums, and 9 floors. It will function as a central hub for Fintech companies within Fintech City, offering a seamless, world-class environment equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. This project will offer office spaces for financial and Fintech companies to establish their operations. The basements and podiums are specifically allocated for parking, ensuring ample space for occupants and visitors. The project is actively pursuing LEED – Platinum rated Green Building Certification and will feature an auditorium accommodating 250 persons, along with essential amenities such as a food court, gym, and creche.

The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu laid the Foundation Stone on 17.06.2023, marking the commencement of works. The construction is expected to be completed by August 2025.
