TIDCO is spearheading the development of the Fintech City project, spanning 56 acres with an estimated project cost of 116 crores, in Nandambakkam, Chennai. The aim is to establish a cutting-edge hub for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) institutions alongside innovative FinTech companies. This initiative is poised to transform the financial sector. Encompassing commercial spaces, a luxury hotel, and residential zones, the project showcases a strong commitment to sustainability through green infrastructure and eco-friendly practices, supported by seamless multimodal connectivity. The Fintech City Project is fortified with flood protection, advanced surveillance, security management systems, and smart parking facilities.

The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu laid the foundation stone on 17.06.2023, marking the commencement of work. The construction is expected to be completed by June 2024. TIDCO has initiated actions for the allotment of lands in the Fintech City.
